This project is listed in the 2008-2009 Educational Facilities Plan.  The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval. 

The bid opening was held Thursday, March 3, 2009 at 1:45 p.m.  The project had six (6) bidders and five (5) bidders met the bid requirements.

Lowest bidder did not include their list of subcontractors in their bid package, therefore it is recommended that the bid be awarded to Weather Engineers, Inc. the lowest, most responsive bidder meeting specifications, the base bid in the amount of $131,138.00, Alternate #1 in the amount of $66,562.00, Alternate #2 in the amount of $9,090.00 and Alternate #3 in the amount of $4,848.00 for a total bid award of $211,638.00.
